How I started my microbakery

I am so happy you are here. My journey of sourdough bread and homemade bakes has been a natural progression. From baking home goods for my family, sharing the overflow with friends and now selling them to my greater community. I am based in Meadowridge, Cape Town.

Sharing my favourite treats with others around me is a passion. As I’ve been wrapping up bread in ‘brown paper packages’, how could I not sing the song from one of my all time favourite musicals? With this in mind (and since we come from a musical home) it only made sense to choose ‘My Favourite Things ‘ as the name for my bakery. You might find a few other musical connections speckled throughout my bakes as well.
